The Wings of the East holiday became the first large-scale event in the history of Primorye for school graduates. More than twenty thousand residents of Primorye attended the festival, which took place on the Tsarevich embankment. The culmination of all that happened was a grandiose light show in the waters of the Golden Horn Bay and fireworks. The light show involved the floating dock of Dalzavod, the Golden Bridge and the sailing ship Pallada.
